The Southwest Sports Wellness Foundation is the result of the vision and passion of a group of established athletes, doctors, physical therapists, and caring professionals who have charitably been providing their services for almost 30 years. The mission is to support young athletes and medical professionals in our community by providing physical, mental and emotional developmental training programs.
The two hands grasping signifies the partnerships that the Foundation creates and the relationship between the clinician and the patient, the student, and the educational community.
